This page is dedicated to all the sites that I have found useful since I started college in September 05. I used them all alot because they are all very interesting and informative at the same time. From other peoples animation sites and gaining inspiration from their efforts to the masters of webdesign and even beyond those to the new 'hip' scene...podcasting!
I hope to add to this list further as the months pass by because I would like other people who started like me to see these sites and use them for their own benefits.
Firefox 1.5 has an intuitive interface and blocks viruses, spyware, and popup ads. It delivers Web pages faster than ever. And it’s easy to install and import your favorites. Packed with useful features like tabbed browsing, Live Bookmarks, and an integrated Search bar, Firefox will change the way you experience the Web, for the better..The best browser by far, in my eyes nothing beats Mozilla's Firefox.
Improves compatibility with websites and web applications by providing increased support for standards, adds support for personal certificate authentication, and works with Java 1.4.2 to enable websites that rely on LiveConnect for communication between JavaScript and Java applets
The most full-featured Internet power tool on the market, Opera includes pop-up blocking, tabbed browsing, integrated searches, and advanced functions like Opera's groundbreaking E-mail program, RSS Newsfeeds and IRC chat. And because we know that our users have different needs, you can customize the look and content of your Opera browser with a few clicks of the mouse.
Simply put, the worst browser you could possibly use for web design or anything else for that matter! Sadly there are still alot of people who havent ditched this horrible excuse for a browser and webdesigners everywhere continue to have IE headaches on a daily basis. Hopefully some day Microsoft will catch up to the other browsers in terms of XHTML & CSS and make life alot easier for webdesigners everywhere.

I have lost count of how many times I have visited this tutorial site. One of my favourite things to do is go here and just browse through all the different things people have found ways to create. By following these tutorials and changing the values, filters and colours you can change the appearances drastically. You never have to think that your simply copying somebody else's work because that is never the case. Browse, try your hand and learn something new.
Very much the same as good-tutorials but sometimes different depending on who has submitted what tutorial to what site. Still worth a look all the same.
A really nicely put together animation site. My personal favourite would be the Tramping Ground animation because it uses dark imagery all drawn by the creator himself. Very nice site and definetly worth a look by anyone.
A site built entirely in flash mx. Consists of movies, games, comics & music. Recommended to me by a friend through del.icio.us actually. Lots of content to keep you busy for a long time.
